Looking back on it now, I kind of wish I had made a firm decision to stop after one loop earlier and then resolved to push harder for the remainder of the first loop, not having to worry about saving anything for the 2nd. As it was, I didn't really push all that hard until the final descent into the start/finish. Regardless, we still had a great time. You have some great trails to train on and people to train with. Not a bad combination!Chrishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00199683291737559562noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8738255226402221881.post-35276505870287047972013-05-19T18:58:40.475-07:002013-05-19T18:58:40.475-07:00I don't like the title of this post, because I...I don't like the title of this post, because I think you still had a fine training run at the very least, and by the way lots of people finished way later than you on the 25 (it's easy to forget that stuff)...and I hope you all had a fun day on the trails as well as camping. Sorry to have missed y'all afterward. Looks like you had fresh enough legs for some good training the next weekend.<br />See you all next month on your turf, very much looking forward to it!mike_hinterberghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02817872376341966540noreply@blogger.com
